Wild Boats is a business that offers the best boats for Tasmanian conditions at competitive, direct-from-manufacturer prices. As a brand new business, they partnered with Media Marketing Group to create their logo and brand identity. One that is fun, funky and Tasmanian.
Logo Design
Our client came to us with a plan – a wild fish for a wild logo. We went a step further.
A boating and fishing enthusiast, our client wanted to feature a flathead with a wild, cool aesthetic, but nothing like it was available. While the client was willing to settle for something more generic, our in-house illustrator was not.
Taking the client’s concept, with reference material for the art style, they set out to sketch a flathead and make it cool, energetic, and dynamic. Using traditional media to create the base design, the creative design was scanned and brought to life through vector illustration.
The result speaks for itself, and Wild Boats was ecstatic with their unique logo design.

Logo and brand identity done, it was time for our Tasmanian graphic design team to tackle the Wild Boats Website. The new website design is both functional and engaging and utilises the colours and elements from the logo. Offering easy website menu navigation, large quality imagery, bold fonts, and interactive elements for sorting and finding information.
The website design features complex web development features – including an interactive build your boat section. However, as the leading web marketing and development team in Tasmania, Media Marketing Group jumped right in. The final result is an interactive website that’s easy to use, with the client able to change images, text and prices through a simple content management system.
